Raspberry Cream Cheese Bites

1 package (8 oz) Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 cup Powdered Sugar, plus additional for dusting
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 cup Fresh Raspberries
2 sheets of Puff Pastry, thawed
1 Egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Directions:
Preheat and Prepare:
