- 2 lbs chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 4 jalapeños, deseeded and chopped
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix jalapeños with cream cheese, heavy cream, half of the cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Layer the bottom of a baking dish with shredded chicken, followed by the jalapeño and cheese mixture.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese and bacon on top.
- Bake covered for 20 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
