Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • 4 jalapeños, deseeded and chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix jalapeños with cream cheese, heavy cream, half of the cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper.
  3. Layer the bottom of a baking dish with shredded chicken, followed by the jalapeño and cheese mixture.
  4. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese and bacon on top.
  5. Bake covered for 20 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the top is golden and bubbly.
  6. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
